Huge variety of shops with very nice merchandise! I’ve been on a couple recreational shopping trips here; there are so many good clothing stores I don’t think I can pick a single favorite. There are also a lot of restaurants, though I particularly like Poke Sushi Bowl. The customer pickup/drop-off zones are an especially nice feature, I wish more shopping centers would do that.

This is my go-to neighborhood shopping center for Kroger, banking, USPS substation, fast food restaurants, and some upscale shopping. Good place, fully occupied, plenty of parking, easy access to main routes in this part of Charlottesville. The entire property is well maintained and they remove snow and riff-raff expeditiously. CVS use to be located here, but foolishly relocated to another corner with less parking, smaller store, and difficult access.

Such a wonderful walkable shopping center! Barracks Road has a bookstore, an ice cream shop, a brunch spot, a lovely coffee shop, clothing stores, and grocery stores!

Barracks road shopping center is one of a few of Charlottesville, Virginias outdoor malls. The main attraction being the boutiques and restaurants for shopping and a quick lunch. I recommend taking some time to check out all of the stores if you get the chance to stop by This is definitely worth the time

Very nice mall about 1 hour from Liberty University. This mall has all the stores, and it is set as a nice outdoor mall with a lot of food options nearby. The parking situation can be a little crazy, so be prepared to walk, even if you're just going to 1 store. We had a hard time finding handicap parking nearby to the store we were visiting. I ended up having to drop off and drive around. Otherwise, very good.

Nice selection of shops including 2 supermarkets, multiple restaurants (fast food and casual), great outdoor gear place, Barnes and Noble, Michael's, etc.

I find this place super fun and specially Panera bread and dollar store and Marshalls Kanak is quite fun too especially as none of the girls there realize their Kanak is Kanak spelt backwards the lemon drink at Panera is radical so too is the duo of tomato soup and Mediterranean sandwich and specially if you ask for ciabatta bread in place of that wierd
